Travel

Travel within Umdloti and up tp a 20km radius is included at no additional cost.

Please note that evening travel is not included. Travel after sunset is charged at R5 per km, from the base location of Umdloti.

A relaxed, baby-led newborn session in the comfort of your home or or 3-6 month old dreamy water session at Ballito/Umdloti tidal pool. 50+ professionally edited high-resolution images. A professional online gallery for easy viewing and downloading. Up to 1 hour of shooting, allowing plenty of time for feeding and settling as needed. I focus on capturing authentic, intimate moments.

Cake Smash: RR2200

Celebrate your little one’s milestone with a soft, whimsical cake smash experience, styled in Aurelia’s signature boho, beachy aesthetic.

Location: La Lucia Stuidio, Sibaya Forest or Umdloti Beach at sunrise offering a natural, light-filled backdrop.

A curated, minimal setup is included: Cake stand, floor rug, small balloon arrangement ,1 styled basket with flowers

Excluded: Cake to be provided by the client

You’re welcome to send through your preferred colour palette, and I’ll style the flowers and balloons to complement your vision beautifully.

To keep everything cohesive, I recommend outfits that complement each other within your colour palette.

Social Media Content Package: R1200 per month

A monthly content package designed for small businesses, brands, restaurants and entrepreneurs who need consistent, on brand, fresh, high-quality visual content for their online presence.

This package includes:

1 monthly on-site shoot (up to 1.5 hours)

50+ high-resolution edited images for social media use monthly

Mix of lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, and detail images — tailored to your brand

This package runs on a minimum 6 month content agreement

This package is available to a limited number of monthly clients to ensure quality, care and personal attention.

Travel for Lifestyle Photography

including family, maternity, birthdays, portraits, proposals, events etc.

Travel within Umdloti and up to a 20km radius is at no extra cost.

Travel included typically covers such as Umdloti, La Lucia, Umhlanga, Durban North and Ballito.

For locations beyond this area, a travel fee of R5 per km applies. This fee covers my time on the road and fuel.

If your location is slightly outside these areas, feel free to get in touch to confirm travel before booking.

Aurelia Wedding Packages

My photography approach is rooted in artistry and intention, focusing on natural emotion, refined detail and the quiet in between moments that often go unnoticed. I capture in a way that truly matters. I have a romantic, timeless, and natural approach to wedding photography.

Each wedding collection includes a 1 hour complimentary engagement session at Umdloti Beach or a beautiful KZN forest of your choice. A relaxed yet guided experience for us to connect and for you to feel completely at ease in front of the camera before your wedding day.

Travel within KZN is included, no extra cost.

EVENING TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION FOR KZN WEDDINGS

For weddings extending beyond 7:00 PM, accommodation must be provided by the client for 2 people for 1 night. (Myself & my assistant)

You may arrange this (within 5 km of the venue), or I can find accommodation/Air BnB within a R1500 total budget.

TRAVEL COSTS

Travel within KZN is included, no extra cost.

Additional Travel Fees for Cape Town & JHB & Destination Weddings

To keep things simple, I offer a flat travel fee for the most common destinations:

Cape Town: R5,500 for The Selene & Freya Collection only (includes return flights, accommodation, and local transport)

Johannesburg/Pretoria: R3,500 for The Selene & Freya Collection only (includes return flights, accommodation, and local transport)

For weddings in other destinations please reach out I’ll happily send a custom travel quote based on your location.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid through flexible monthly payment plans, making your payment experience as easy and manageable as possible.

All payments must be fully completed at least 1 week before your wedding.
